Unfortunately, very disappointing. My boyfriend was so excited to send this to me for my birthday & the white dog would've resembled my recent dog that passed. I know he paid a nice chuck of change & I love his thoughtfulness! The flowers barely resemble the arrangement as advertised. I felt bad for him when I sent the picture of what was actually delivered. He was very unhappy! I just hope his money was refunded.

The flowers were beautiful yet your source may be an issue: they wilted in few days,though I kept them moist and have had many bouquets last much longer. The roses did not open

I ordered these flowers for my parent's anniversary, and in less than two days they had died. VERY disappointed!

Never received the flowers that were ordered from my son for my birthday. February 8th. He called me to tell me that they were delivered but unfortunately not to our house (???) I'm sure they were beautiful but never made it to me. He should be reimbursed by you for your mistake. Thank You, Mary

The live flowers were wilted. Not the quality I am accustomed to

I ordered extra large flowers and received a vase that was larger but the flowers didn't fit the vase. Didn't look right and the recipient noticed as well.

Was not impressed. Too much green, just a few roses. Only 2 of the other flowers opened today, which is 5 days after it arrived. The roses will be dead by the time the others open.

If you think this picture is what I received, you are sadly mistaken. I have a picture that I saved. If this is what you do, find a new business.

This was very disappointing!! The sender shared a picture of what she ordered & paid for. This was less than 50% of what was shown. Additionally, there were no flowers in the back of this arrangement so it had to be placed against a wall!! I believe the customer who purchased this will be sending pictures & a complaint !!!This was false advertisement.

They did not come close in size to what my husband selected on the website. The flowers on the website was much larger and fuller. This was a Rip off.

I ordered these for my friends 70 th birthday. She didn't receive them until late afternoon. Was not like the picture that I ordered from. Disappointed.

Unfortunately many of the lilies were broken when I received them and I also felt the roses were too “bloomed” I didn't mention this to my sweet son who sent them to me for my birthday

Received the flowers around 5pm on Tuesday the 14th. Followed all instructions and by Friday the 17th the flowers were either limp or the petals were falling off the flowers. I receive flowers often and they usually last at least 1 week. I would not recommend this florist.

This orchid plant was a birthday present for my 85th birthday from my granddaughter & great grandson from Kentucky. Called a week ago to complain. Plant never bloomed; buds & flowers keep dying and falling off. Never answer phone. Messages left by me phone call not returned. No instructions on how to take care of. I had to look on internet. Why no name on your card only phone #?when my son complained again today the girl was very rude.

I just checked with the recipient and the flowers were never received.

Worst spray painted sloppy floral delivery I have ever received. Shame on your store! You even got spray painted on the white plate.

I ordered a vase of flowers days before they needed to be delivered. They arrived after the recipient's business closed (6:30) and you left the vase of flowers outside the closed business in a sketchy area on the sidewalk and it never made it to the recipient. The delivery person should have reached out to me and made it right the next day.

I ordered an arrangement through 1800 Flowers again, apparently they used DBG again, you can tell from my review 6 months ago, they were good. Well it all went to hell in a handbasket yesterday. Wife was sick, ordered an arrangement again. Paid for delivery between 3 and 6pm. Called Customer Servixe at 6:15. Was told, that they had until 8pm to deliver. 6:35 i receive a text that my order was delivered to me. It WAS NOT. Called again , was told I had to wait until 8pm again. 8:05. Called again, was told sorry nothing they could do except get me a replacement in the morning but there were no other florist that did that arrangement. Went upstairs to lay down with my wife and receive a security cam alert and my ring came at 9:40. When I looked, it was a kid who dropped off the flower arrangement on my porch and left. I went to go retrieve the delivery and what I saw for $140 dollars spent was a joke. ( see photo) There are like 9 flowers just jammed into the vase, some of the roses are dark and wilting and they are just not healthy looking flowers in it. ( nothing like what I picked). DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER. if you use 1800 flowers . Make sure you mention not to use DBG. Seriously what a huge disappointment.

The flowers were beautiful. But I'm upset that my friend was charged extra for deny 1:00 and I received them at 5:00.

I never got this delivery. This was supposed to be a surprise from my boyfriend and I never received it. It was supposed to be refunded.

I order a set of roses that in the picture looked like it came with about 30 full roses with some other smaller roses and a beautiful clear glass vase. The whole cost of my order was $88 and I was extremely disappointed when I saw what they brought me. I sent them an email to ask for a refund or at least if they could send better flowers, but I never got a response

I'm away and when I got a message I texted and called to let your company know. I guess you don't care. Just want to get the delivery done.
