While the flowers were beautiful when they arrived, they were completely wilted and dead within 3 days. Very disappointing!

I honest was disappointed I think my daught4r asked for lilacs AND there were iilac plants but most importantly I had to use the substance from other flowers i received to add to the water for the preservation of the flowers.

The flowers were great but there was no name on it so I didn't know who sent them. The sender also did not get confirmation that they were delivered either.

Flowers looked very awful, leaning over, almost dead. Why!????

Pretty arrangement however some flowers were wilted and not fresh looking

The basket of treats was very pretty, however when i opened it as soon as it came, 3 apples were rotten and I threw them out.

Delivery was fine and as expected, delivered Friday 12/5. As of Friday, 12/12, several flowers never bloomed. Roses are already dying, the arrangement never blossomed and looked the way they should based on the pictures from 800Flowers.com

The flowers looked beautiful upon arrival - but looking at them you can see they are all already open, and have already peaked in their beauty - they did not last.

You failed to provide the requested Gift Note and added way too much advertisement material to arrangement. Flowers themselves were fine. The presentation and failed requests created the disappointment.

Flower arrangement didn't look like it was done by a professional. Not impressed. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Flowers arrived faded. I wish they were more fresh.

This is not a $100 dollar arrangement no fees included, especially since the bouquet I ordered had hydrangeas in it. That was the reason I ordered this particular arrangement. They are available year round and not a seasonal flower. What I got was a blue dyed chrysanthemum. I could have gotten 4 similar sized bouquets for the hundred. I complained to FTD and got $20 refund. On the positive side it arrived in a timely fashion and the flowers were fresh. I hate complaining but this was for a 40 birthday to someone who rarely gets flowers. I usually use 1-800Flowers but loved the arrangement as shown on the website for FTD. I hate to complain but this was a big disappointment.

Very skimpy allotment of flowers.

When we order you promises order delivery before noon and it arrived at 7 pm …very désappointe We try to call someone and no one can tell us a time for delivery

I didn't think they were worth how much I paid. Lots of cheap flower varieties

This is the most disappointing floral arrangement looks so awful, if my son paid more then 30.00 dollars he got robbed just horrible you guys should be ashamed to let something like this leave your florist.

They were lovely, except I ordered 4 and only received one. Please check quantities on orders next time.

My Anniversary was 3/4 The flowers arrived last nights day later the petals were falling off the lilies bc God only knows where they were overnight They attempted a delivery Monday at 8:30 pm I live in a 55+ community My anniversary was all day on Monday! I think my son should be refunded This is unacceptable

Did not like design of arrangement. Purple Flowers were also not fresh and starting to wilt!

Quality not great, no flower preservative.

The flowers were at best mediocre. The purple ones were wilting and they died the next day.

Flowers were left outside in heat, didn't check with neighbors. Flowers wilted in the heat. I called when I arrived home to report, no answer, left message. Called again 2 1/2 hrs later, still no answer. Not good business practice. Would not recommend you. I will add, a text was sent, but I didn't see until 90 minutes later. Maybe in the future a phone call would be better than a text.
