Good afternoon. Thank you for sending the replacement bouquet. I appreciate the effort to resolve the issue. However, I have to say that the second bouquet unfortunately did not meet expectations either. In fact, it was even smaller than the first one. In addition, the decorative red berries shown in the product photo were again missing. Another disappointment was the presentation. Instead of the silk ribbon displayed in the photo of the arrangement, the vase was tied with a red plastic ribbon. The bow looked poorly made and unattractive, and it came undone almost immediately since it appeared to be just a piece of plastic ribbon. Because of these issues, the bouquet looked quite different from what was advertised. While I will not be leaving negative reviews about your company, we will unfortunately not be ordering flowers from you again. Overall, I would have to rate this experience as one star in terms of appearance, quality of the flowers, and overall presentation.

Good afternoon. I am extremely disappointed with the bouquet that was delivered. My boyfriend ordered the largest size, but what I received was a much smaller bouquet with orchids that were closed and never bloomed, along with wilted carnations. The arrangement looked nothing like the photo shown on your website when he placed the order, and the ribbon and decorative elements from the picture were completely missing as well. This was meant to be a special gift, and both my boyfriend and I are very upset with the quality and the fact that the bouquet does not match what was advertised. This feels very misleading. I would appreciate a resolution to this situation, either a full refund or a proper replacement that actually matches what was ordered; otherwise I will have to leave a detailed review about this experience on Google and other platforms.

I did not feel the flowers were fresh and I did not like the way all of the blooms were cut short and stuffed into the arrangement. Several of the flowers never opened. The rose buds dried up within 3 days along with several other flowers. I would never recommend your flower shop. I did read and follow the watering directions.

I was so disappointed with the flower. It didn't even close to the picture on the website. It didn't worth the money I spent.

I do not like the floral arrangement

Was not impressed with the order since it looked nothing like the picture that was ordered. The flowers were wilted and several of the flowers were broken off the stems. The balloons shown in the picture were full size but what actually came were the small balloons. Not at all worth the money. Very disappointed.

The flowers were okay but the foliage with them had massive infestation of some bug. The flowers and foliage should've been checked before delivery! Very disappointing!

I'm sorry to say that the flowers were delivered wilted and quite darkened, looking as though they were no longer fresh. I wanted to share this feedback in the hope of maintaining the high standards your shop is known for.

There was a fake delivery attempted from the time period of 9am -12pm with no phone call. Then they showed up with no issue around 3pm. Not professional, refused the flowers and cancelled. Would not order again from 1800 flowers via Guzzardos

never arrived

Never received my flowers instead received someone else's flowers. I called 3 times to rectify but that didn't happen. I felt bad for the person whose flowers I did get but never got mine.

Delivery driver was great! Flowers were not good. 1st order was not what it was suppose to be. You sent a second arrangement. 2nd arrangement was smaller, just fatter and not cut properly. Very disappointing.

My sister was devastated to see that, What I received was not what she ordered. For the price she spent Was not worth the product. Then to tell her you sent another one when you did not. I hope you refunded her money.

Hi, there was a problem with the order. They sent the wrong design and I've called them for two days to rectify it and send the design that I ordered and I still haven't gotten delivery. Please advise thank you for your attention to this matter.

This was to be a large arrangement. Once again a small size was sent. I was embarrassed.

Unfortunately they were small and a large was ordered. Very disappointing. They were pretty but wrong size . It was to be a Large arrangement. And we had 3 smalls to compare it to, so I know the wrong size sent. Maybe the order got mixed up??

They were mostly dead or dying. Had to go pick up a new bouquet. The person who sent them was more disappointed than I was. Didn't know they were coming from a factory
