The flowers was not as described not even close to the flowers ordered, terrible customer service I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Never received. Been a disaster of an experience. Does not even deserve one star

Unfortunately the one star shows up which they should get no stars. I had a delivery of flowers from my boyfriend in New York. As I was on an appointment. I got a text from the driver to let me know he delivered them and a picture that he left them outside of my door. Text him back told him I was going to be gone and he told me well they're in the shade and the water is cold. Who leaves flowers outside in SE FL. In 90° weather.Well I was gone for 2 and 1/2 almost 3 hours when I got home the sun was blaring down and the water in the vase was overheated. The next day I woke up the roses were half dead purple petals started falling off of the flowers so I called this company which is horrific. I was told by somebody named Eddie that I was going to get a delivery the next day which was Friday the 23rd my birthday was the 21st. I told Eddie I wasn't going to be home on the 22nd but I would be in my house on the 23rd. I was told and promised by Eddie that I would have a delivery between 9:00 and 12:00. And also I sent the picture of these flowers when I received them to the person that sent them and he said they didn't look anything like what he picked out they were so small. Never got delivery between 9:00 and 12:00 called five times during the course of the day Eddie and two other gentlemen jerked me around all day never got the flowers it's now 4:00 The florist is closed at 3:00 and I got an answering service. No one that told me they were going to call me back did. I will be sure to go on every social media I possibly can to rate this company and tell everyone not to use them. I think I'll also see if I can get in touch with 1-800 Flowers and tell them they should probably take them off as well. So now I have to track this down tomorrow because I want them to refund the person that send them. It was such a nice gesture unfortunately this company screwed it up. Thank you Guzzardos for such a disgraceful way that you do business.

Not much Hardly an arrangement. Just a lot of red roses and some greens with the odd stock all pushed into a tall vase with green water from the decaying sky Rock. Oh well!

The flowers I received were nothing more than a 15.00 bunch of flowers from the local grocery store. Some were broken off and many were dead. I called the phone number on the delivery slip and they are saying they will deliver another bouquet today.

There was no card with the order. My friend called later to ask how I liked the flowers? I left a message on your voicemail and didn't get a response.

The florist never accepted the order in the 1800flowers.com system so all day we were left wondering if our order would arrive, by 3 we called and the operator who said no florist accepted so we cancelled and had to scramble and made our own amazing bouquet from the grocery. then oddly the flowers arrive at 4:30. thank goodness we had already created our own bouquet beciaee there is no way we could have given these to the recipient, the quality and composition was beyond disappointing. the only thing that matched the picture was the flowers were red and the ribbon was red. this is the first let down from this website and will question ever using again. wojld have given zero stars but the system would not allow

Very disappointed in the arrangement. The roses were dead in less than 12 hours. The flowers were not trimmed below the water line and basically looks a mess

Please look at the picture do you notice that the tulips are probably drooping which means they're old and this was sent to my friend for her 60th birthday. It was totally embarrassing when she sent me the picture showing me what these flowers look like.!!!!!

This is not the flowers I received plus always delivery issues flowers never come when you order them water was dirty fallen leaves in water plus the water smelled I change the water and the stems have some type of slime on it 😩 I just wanted some flowers that I can watch bloom

Looked nothing like the picture online and it was half the size. They sent a new one but it was the same exact size….

I was not very happy with them at all. I thought they were small. The wristband was very tight and I thought that I overpaid I won't use your company again.

Horrible arrangement….received on a Friday and everything dying by Monday. Lots of “old-fashion” flowers (carnations) and filler (baby's breath)…looks like they were trying to get rid of leftover stuff.

Terrible experience! I never received the flowers! The company claimed they were delivered, however, I did not get them!

Issue getting flower delivery. Flowers (roses) were overbloomed and died 2 days later.

Some of the flowers were dry, smallest than you see in the picture

Orchid had no buds. Arrived very dry

I was disappointed in the late delivery at 9;00 at night The carnations were sprayed green which made it look cheap

Sadly my flowers were nice when them arrived but completely wilted two days later. It was just after Valentine's Day so I guess they were on their way out when delivered. I called the shop, left a message that I was unhappy and I did not receive a return call.

Bought the extra large option but arrangement appeared very small
