There was a fake delivery attempted from the time period of 9am -12pm with no phone call. Then they showed up with no issue around 3pm. Not professional, refused the flowers and cancelled. Would not order again from 1800 flowers via Guzzardos

never arrived

Never received my flowers instead received someone else's flowers. I called 3 times to rectify but that didn't happen. I felt bad for the person whose flowers I did get but never got mine.

Delivery driver was great! Flowers were not good. 1st order was not what it was suppose to be. You sent a second arrangement. 2nd arrangement was smaller, just fatter and not cut properly. Very disappointing.

My sister was devastated to see that, What I received was not what she ordered. For the price she spent Was not worth the product. Then to tell her you sent another one when you did not. I hope you refunded her money.

Hi, there was a problem with the order. They sent the wrong design and I've called them for two days to rectify it and send the design that I ordered and I still haven't gotten delivery. Please advise thank you for your attention to this matter.

This was to be a large arrangement. Once again a small size was sent. I was embarrassed.

Unfortunately they were small and a large was ordered. Very disappointing. They were pretty but wrong size . It was to be a Large arrangement. And we had 3 smalls to compare it to, so I know the wrong size sent. Maybe the order got mixed up??

Some of flowers past the prime and wilting It was a gift so I don't know how many flowers should be on it

They were not the flowers my son ordered and they were smaller size and not the right vase. Also the birthday balloon was missing.

They were mostly dead or dying. Had to go pick up a new bouquet. The person who sent them was more disappointed than I was. Didn't know they were coming from a factory

We aren't home in Delray Beach. We have been visiting family in PA for several weeks. So the flowers if they were delivered have been just sitting outside our home in Florida and are probably ruined! Shouldn't the recipient have to sign for the delivery? We don't know who sent the flowers, but the money they spent is wasted and they should be refunded!

Unfortunately the one star shows up which they should get no stars. I had a delivery of flowers from my boyfriend in New York. As I was on an appointment. I got a text from the driver to let me know he delivered them and a picture that he left them outside of my door. Text him back told him I was going to be gone and he told me well they're in the shade and the water is cold. Who leaves flowers outside in SE FL. In 90° weather.Well I was gone for 2 and 1/2 almost 3 hours when I got home the sun was blaring down and the water in the vase was overheated. The next day I woke up the roses were half dead purple petals started falling off of the flowers so I called this company which is horrific. I was told by somebody named Eddie that I was going to get a delivery the next day which was Friday the 23rd my birthday was the 21st. I told Eddie I wasn't going to be home on the 22nd but I would be in my house on the 23rd. I was told and promised by Eddie that I would have a delivery between 9:00 and 12:00. And also I sent the picture of these flowers when I received them to the person that sent them and he said they didn't look anything like what he picked out they were so small. Never got delivery between 9:00 and 12:00 called five times during the course of the day Eddie and two other gentlemen jerked me around all day never got the flowers it's now 4:00 The florist is closed at 3:00 and I got an answering service. No one that told me they were going to call me back did. I will be sure to go on every social media I possibly can to rate this company and tell everyone not to use them. I think I'll also see if I can get in touch with 1-800 Flowers and tell them they should probably take them off as well. So now I have to track this down tomorrow because I want them to refund the person that send them. It was such a nice gesture unfortunately this company screwed it up. Thank you Guzzardos for such a disgraceful way that you do business.

Not much Hardly an arrangement. Just a lot of red roses and some greens with the odd stock all pushed into a tall vase with green water from the decaying sky Rock. Oh well!

The flowers I received were nothing more than a 15.00 bunch of flowers from the local grocery store. Some were broken off and many were dead. I called the phone number on the delivery slip and they are saying they will deliver another bouquet today.

There was no card with the order. My friend called later to ask how I liked the flowers? I left a message on your voicemail and didn't get a response.

The florist never accepted the order in the 1800flowers.com system so all day we were left wondering if our order would arrive, by 3 we called and the operator who said no florist accepted so we cancelled and had to scramble and made our own amazing bouquet from the grocery. then oddly the flowers arrive at 4:30. thank goodness we had already created our own bouquet beciaee there is no way we could have given these to the recipient, the quality and composition was beyond disappointing. the only thing that matched the picture was the flowers were red and the ribbon was red. this is the first let down from this website and will question ever using again. wojld have given zero stars but the system would not allow
