The delivered arrangement was beautiful and fragrant. I'm disappointed that within 3 days the arrangement was wilted and blooms never opened. I did make certain there was enough water in the vase.

I was very disappointed that the flowers I sent to my friend did not come with the card. I filled out the card and after placing my order I even called to make sure that the address was correct and the card was attached. I called my friend and she had know idea who the flowers were from, no card and no name.
