Not great quality. One of the clusters of white roses had something wrong, it died in two days. Flowers were just left at the front door even though we were home.

Delivery came on time. Flowers looked artificial as they were dyed or spray painted and didn't look natural.

Arrangement was beautiful

Well, the above arrangement arrived on Wednesday, a present from my most wonderful and beautiful daughter. It is beautiful, however, it was not what she had ordered. She made a quick phone call and the next morning I received another gorgeous arrangement, the one she had originally requested. I am very pleased with the flowers and with their customer service.

My mom ordered these from Canada and asked for spring flowers. She spent a fortune and we got half dead bouquet and definitely not spring flowers. She wont be using you again! Neither will we.

Some of the flowers were already wilted (the daisies) and it just looked like it might have been pushed around via delivery as I needed to move some of the flowers around. The bouquet choice was beautiful and I'm sure my daughter spent a lot of money which is the only reason I'm bringing it to your attention. I did not share this information with her or she would have been upset…just an fyi to improve your business.

They were lovely but the roses get wilty pretty quick . Wish you supplied flower food packet as some other florists do . Next time thanks !

Beautiful Fresh Flower Arrangement

Someone sent me flowers and used this company - fabulous. The arrangement was beautiful, stayed fresh a long time and the delivery was perfect!!!

No was not happy! I sent a picture to my friend and she was angry that the flower I received did not look like the flowers she chose. The flowers she chose had Hydrangea because she knows I love hydrangea and the ones I received had big ugly neon green thing in them( her quote). She was so disappointed and when she showed me what she picked that I didn't get, I was too!

Who ever delivered these flowers did not knock on the door. I found them in the morning upside down all the water out of the vase broken. Second of all I was informed they won't be delivered til the next day. So it was a nightmare
