Our flowers are beautiful and we loved the car vase. However, our arrangement was left in the building lobby. One of our neighbors brought it up at 8:00pm. We never received a call that it had been delivered.

The flowers were ok. However, you never included the name of the person who sent them. I called and whom ever I spoke to made it impossible to get the name. After spending an enormous amount of time they finally gave me the information, Based on your attitude I am not sure if I would recommend your company!

The flowers are gorgeous. The delivery was very disappointing. They left the flowers outside and never knocked on the door to let us know they were delivered. If it wasn't for the text they would have died outside or someone would have taken them.
