Just awful!! Imagine my surprise ordering 4 succulents in a beautiful pot for my sister's birthday, and this is what she received. NO NOTICE THEY WERE UNABLE TO DELIVER AS ORDERED. THEY SHOULD HAVE TURNED DOWN THE ORDER IF THIS WAS THE CASE. NO CONTACT ATTEMPT TO ME!! THIS IS CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH. Do not order from Teleflora or them. Scam artists. They don't even deserve 1 star.
