The flowers were a gift for my birthday. However the person who gifted them to me said they were supposed to be more filled with flowers, as shown in a picture they chose from. Overall, they were pretty but not what the person paid for.

I honestly wasn't happy with the arrangement you delivered. I sent my brother (who ordered it) a picture of it and he, in turn, sent me a picture of what it was supposed to look like. He, like I, was very dissatisfied. I can sometimes understand certain circumstances might prevent the exact arrangement from being made. However, it was NOT nearly what it should have been.
