I was thrilled to receive flowers from my beautiful daughter. However the flowers did not represent well what she ordered. They were not healthy flowers. This delivery was a big disappointment. Half dead roses and tulips. Stem leaves submerged in water, obviously who did this arrangement don't know what they are doing.

This orchid plant was a birthday present for my 85th birthday from my granddaughter & great grandson from Kentucky. Called a week ago to complain. Plant never bloomed; buds & flowers keep dying and falling off. Never answer phone. Messages left by me phone call not returned. No instructions on how to take care of. I had to look on internet. Why no name on your card only phone #?when my son complained again today the girl was very rude.
