Absolutely perfect with instructions as how to keep them.

I was thrilled to receive flowers from my beautiful daughter. However the flowers did not represent well what she ordered. They were not healthy flowers. The flowers were beautiful, fresh and very aromatic!!! Perfect in every way! It's been over a week and they still look fabulous!! The delivery person was polite and kind. Thank you

Flowers did not look at all like they were presented in pic. Must have a very rough ride

This delivery was a big disappointment. Half dead roses and tulips. Stem leaves submerged in water, obviously who did this arrangement don't know what they are doing.

This orchid plant was a birthday present for my 85th birthday from my granddaughter & great grandson from Kentucky. Called a week ago to complain. Plant never bloomed; buds & flowers keep dying and falling off. Never answer phone. Messages left by me phone call not returned. No instructions on how to take care of. I had to look on internet. Why no name on your card only phone #?when my son complained again today the girl was very rude.

Half the flowers were dead

They were so beautiful. I had them delivered to my job and everyone loved them. The colors the vase. It was delivered with care.

No I was not. I paid extra for delivery to be made at a specific time. Goal was to have the flowers delivered to my wife on her birthday at different times throughout the day. This was a failure and waste of the additional fee.

Hi, thanks for caring. I really want to give a favorable review. However the only (10) star could go to the one who sent me the flowers from his heart. They came some of them ready to wither, leaves to the bottom stuff in vase. My fiance now will not use this company again. I had to immediately put fresh water in vase, cut stems on bottom trying to preserve flowers. Also there was no package to pour into water for flowers. This should have been better. He really put his heart and money into giving me something special for our anniversary. Not happy with how the person just put together seeing some of the flowers were not fresh.
