I'll be honest I've received many bouquets from my husband over the years. For the price he paid, this was a very disappointing arrangement. He was actually shocked when he saw it as it did not compare to what we've come to expect based on past orders. Sorry, but this customer was not pleased.

Worst spray painted sloppy floral delivery I have ever received. Shame on your store! You even got spray painted on the white plate.

I ordered a vase of flowers days before they needed to be delivered. They arrived after the recipient's business closed (6:30) and you left the vase of flowers outside the closed business in a sketchy area on the sidewalk and it never made it to the recipient. The delivery person should have reached out to me and made it right the next day.

I ordered an arrangement through 1800 Flowers again, apparently they used DBG again, you can tell from my review 6 months ago, they were good. Well it all went to hell in a handbasket yesterday. Wife was sick, ordered an arrangement again. Paid for delivery between 3 and 6pm. Called Customer Servixe at 6:15. Was told, that they had until 8pm to deliver. 6:35 i receive a text that my order was delivered to me. It WAS NOT. Called again , was told I had to wait until 8pm again. 8:05. Called again, was told sorry nothing they could do except get me a replacement in the morning but there were no other florist that did that arrangement. Went upstairs to lay down with my wife and receive a security cam alert and my ring came at 9:40. When I looked, it was a kid who dropped off the flower arrangement on my porch and left. I went to go retrieve the delivery and what I saw for $140 dollars spent was a joke. ( see photo) There are like 9 flowers just jammed into the vase, some of the roses are dark and wilting and they are just not healthy looking flowers in it. ( nothing like what I picked). DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER. if you use 1800 flowers . Make sure you mention not to use DBG. Seriously what a huge disappointment.

I received these flowers as a gift and they are beautiful. They came looking fresh and healthy and have stayed that way for several days so far.

This is a beautiful arrangement! The lettering on the dish, HOORAY IT'S YOUR DAY! Is both festive and unique. I love it!
