Loved the flowers, smaller than what I thought I ordered. Did not want the snowman vase it was suppose to come in a glass vase with a gold ribbon.

The flowers were terrible. At least three were dead and the display did not look fresh. The person who gave it to us was furious and called for a replacement. The flowers in the replacement were better but arrangement did not look like the picture Very disappointed. Would not purchase flower arrangements from you. Wouldn't even rate it but the system won't allow for no stars

It was a nice arrangement, but when delivered, just yesterday, several of the flowers had been crushed, many were already dropping petals, 4 of the 6 roses are drooping today. Not pleased at all.

The flowers were beautiful, BUT you delivered 2 of the same bouquets, same cards and I hope you did NOT bill the person gifting them twice. I spoke with them and the only ordered one. One bouquet was full and the other was a little skimpy. I suspect you felt the skimpy one was not up to your standards and made a better bouquet. The delivery person was very nice.

The flower arrangement is beautiful and 6 days later they are still beautiful! The only issue I had was that they should have been delivered hours before. It was a birthday present and it was delivered at 6:15 PM, while I was out to dinner, and only after my daughter called several times. She was told that they would deliver them the next day, a day after my birthday! Needless to say, that that didn't sit well with my daughter! If the arrangement arrived in a timely manner I would have definitely given you 5 stars!
