My heart was full of joy to receive a bouquet of flowers, beautifully arranged with mini n big shades of pink roses, surrounded by a garden of greenery and other flowers! I'm so grateful for such a lovely gift 💝

I never received them. I was told by the sender that they were delivered to the incorrect address. I have heard nothing else.

The flowers I received were wilted and also not the Fall deluxe arrangement I ordered. Very disappointed. I did call your store and personally explained the same. The order was very expensive (89.60).

The flowers arrangement was lovely but the flowers started to wilt/turn after 2 days. Changing out the water didn't help. The flowers I purchase from Trader Joe's last much longer than 2 days.

Only one of three lilly flowers opened five days after I received the flowers. By that time the roses were wilted. Disappointed.

The sunflowers were dead the next day and the roses died 2 days later. I honestly thought the water looked extremely dirty for a fresh delivery.

Flowers die within a day and vase was nothing like what was ordered. Second arrangement I received from this florist and both died within a day or two. I would never use them; 1-800 Flowers needs to discontinue them. 1 star because I have to give something. All reviews I've read are the same.
