Flowers were delivered at 8 PM Sunday night while I was out for the evening. They were meant for someone named Karen in WPB & I didn't know who sent me flowers. I tried calling numerous times on Monday but no one picked up. Very poor customer service! I'm embarrassed because I couldn't thank the person who sent them.
