I was very surprised to see a birthday balloon when the note on it clearly stated retirement. Was a bit embarrassing. The flowers are very pretty. Especially the big green one.

Hello....I would love to give you a 5 star rating but the sunflowers were not so fresh and then zi wanted to follow instructions to preserve the flowers and there was no packet of food delivered. However you guys did great by sending another arrangement the next day. I would give you 4.5 stars. Thank you!

The flower arrangement was lovely but when the flowers arrived they were wilted due to the heat. I can imagine it is hard to transport flowers when it is hot but they die quickly as a result.
