"I never received my flowers. I understand that this is a third-party that’s delivering my items. I just think it’s very unprofessional to have not received my flowers yet it’s marked as delivered. This was supposed to be a surprise what a inconvenience I called and was told my order wasn’t delivered due to bad weather Still don’t understand why it was marked as delivered. I had to stop what I was doing at work just to figure out what happened to my delivery."

We aren't home in Delray Beach. We have been visiting family in PA for several weeks. So the flowers if they were delivered have been just sitting outside our home in Florida and are probably ruined! Shouldn't the recipient have to sign for the delivery? We don't know who sent the flowers, but the money they spent is wasted and they should be refunded!

This orchid is better then the first one I got at least it has some buds on it but it only has one strand instead of two and the delivery boy walked into my house while I was not there took the old pot and left the new one That takes nerv so no I would not recommend your service
