The flowers were crushed when they arrived. I let the sender know, and they replaced them the next day, but unfortunately, the replacement flowers were also crushed. I think whoever is handling the delivery is not doing a good job.

Flowers came crushed upon arrival for both original and replacement orders. The arrangement looked nothing like what was online. I was very disappointed with my order. Only thing that was positive was the prompt delivery.
