It was a beautiful arrangement and the delivery service was both pleasant and professional. I've never been disappointed by any of Field of Flowers, products, or services. And I can speak from almost 30 years of experience in doing business with them.

The order was for two arrangements, but only one was delivered. We had to call the following day to have the second arrangement delivered, which was disappointing and inconvenient. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always appreciated the excellent service you have provided. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the standard of service I have come to expect from your company. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and continue providing the great service that has kept me a customer for so many years. Thank you.
