This arrangement still looks nothing closely to what you advertise online. I would have just liked for the expectation to be set, instead of false advertisement. When I called there was nothing that you could do to compensate me for the disappointment or a future credit, etc.

Hello, The arrangement was stolen and not given to the recipient due to that fact. There is a place to put deliveries safe and I gave the phone number of the recipient for that reason. Can this be resolved? Thank you!

This has to be the most disappointing arrangement I've ever ordered - and I'm shocked that it's from LaSalle Flowers as their arrangements are always of outstanding quality. This photo is embarrassing and not even close to the size and quality of what was ordered.
