It is very pretty. However in the of the deluxe that I ordered I count 5 white rosess that can be seen from the front. I only see three in this picture. A bit disappointing. I appreciate the photo. I just wish it was true to what I ordered.

To be honest, I thought it would have more volume for the price. I do like the vase and appreciate the photo and the prompt attention to my inquiry. I probably would have chosen a different plant had I seen it first.

I love getting a photo preview! I have used you for years and you've always done a good job for me. The only thing I question about this arrangement is that I asked it to be similar to my daughter's arrangement. I think I'm better off going online and picking a picture of an arrangement out like I did with my daughters and then calling to order because this is not at all what I thought it would be like. I'm a little bummed out. I told the girl on the phone to go ahead and send it anyways because it was already going on the truck but it's definitely not what I wanted. I will definitely use you again because you've done a great job in the past. I just wanted to give my honest review because you asked for it.

Looks ok. The main focal flower looks old. Maybe better once the others open. I appreciate receiving the photo.

I ordered a bud vase for a restaurant table. Honestly, I was hoping for a smaller container and “better” flowers and not a round mound. It'll be too big for the table. Nice folks on the phone but a bit disappointing.

The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time! I appreciated getting a photo of them before and after they were delivered. My only criticism was the $20 delivery fee for a local delivery.

Easy to order, not very impressed with the arrangement. It was not what I asked for and I felt rushed on the phone when placing my order. Would try a different place next time

The idea of getting a picture of the flowers is an excellent idea, but I am not giving a 5-star rating because this arrangement didn't look like what I ordered. I would expect a call if I am not going to get what I paid for (or what I think I am paying for).
