The idea of getting a picture of the flowers is an excellent idea, but I am not giving a 5-star rating because this arrangement didn't look like what I ordered. I would expect a call if I am not going to get what I paid for (or what I think I am paying for).

I loved that I could call this florist at talk to a human being rather than an answering service, etc. I always try and order flowers from a local business rather than telefloral types. LaSalle was exactly what I was looking for and met our expectations. Next day delivery.

Had to call due to all three of roses were on one side. Requested more for even distribution on other side. Later noticed all snap dragons were all on one side also. Didn't bother to call back. Completely disappointed with this purchase.
