Great fast same day service! I was in shock how speedy service was. Including the accuracy. Amazing service I will be using them in the future. Assuming this is why I felt rushed with the order but I understand the urgency just do not appreciate being rushed would be the only downfall. But how can you get same day without being rushed.!?! Like a win loose win situation. However, I was being rushed before she knew it was same day… but I was also calling probably at their busy time. I was not impressed with the picture, but the recipient said they were beautiful and that's all that matters. I have high expectations especially when I was trying to spend more to make sure they were absolutely perfect but even when you spend $125 they should be amazing. I wouldn't say they were amazing. I would say they were just beautiful.

I ordered flowers for my aunt's service. We live out of state, and was a bit apprehensive. I was pleasantly surprised the florist emailed of a photo of the arrangement. I am ecstatic about the flowers. Beautiful !!! I am really appreciative of the photo. Thank you for that effort. Means a lot.

It's pretty but not what I requested. Specifically asked for sunflowers an fall colors. Sunflowers are her favorite flower

This photo looks like the standard photo and not the premium. A lot of green and the premium photo side by side. It's not even close.

Excellent experience - ordered everything online for a birthday delivery for my daughter who recently moved to River North. Quick, simple, great selection of flowers and house plants. I received a photo of the completed flower arrangement, very nice surprise. Highly recommend LaSalle Flowers Chicago.
