I appreciate the great customer service esp when calling at the last minute. The floral arrangement is really pretty and I sure she's going to love it. I also appreciate the photo being sent ahead of time as well

These are stunning! I tried calling several times to share that there was no need to send another bouquet becuase my friend loved the first, but it was tricky to get someone on the phone. Thank you for going the extra mile nonetheless!!

Hi there - this is beautiful, however, I had asked for a minimalist chic design using a cement vase, white flowers or maybe fall related colors. I'm not sure if this is my arrangement for my friend Abby. I'm slightly disappointed.
