Thank you for sending a picture of the arrangement. When sending flowers for the loss of a loved one, the purchaser not always able to see the quality of the flowers; it's nice to know that what is being sent. The receiver, loved the flowers. Thank you for helping ease the pain of grief with something lovely.

I appreciate getting a picture, however, I am not happy with the arrangement. I ordered the $150 arrangement which according to the picture, has white lilies and a larger cross. Can you add the lilies before it goes out? The lady I spoke to was very nice. Thank you
