While I appreciate the photo, The floral bouquet you sent was with pink flowers. I ordered a bouquet called purple passion. Very disappointed as I wanted it to be purple, lavender tones.

Great look. It's Great to get a picture. I was hoping to something a little more creative. But I'm happy with this look.

These are beautiful but not sure what made this order “premium”. Picture looks just like the standard order. What did I pay more for?

I would have expected it to be fuller since it was a large. I appreciate seeing a picture.

I do not like tiny rainbow balloon- woild like larger balloon. Also, no filler and need two more hydrangeas...and do not like yellow bow. Also supposed to be a dozen yellow amd half dozen orange snd change bow and vase

Could have put a note to recipient to let them know who sent the flowers. Became a game of guess who.

It was not a very healthy plant.

I don't love this arrangement, I would have liked more roses which I asked for and less hydrangea. I hate the daisy in the front. I expected a little better for the cost honestly.

Looks very skimpy for $180. Looks like the regular and not the exquisite.

Plenty of flowers. I expected more vibrant and lively color. It looks like some of the flowers are already wilting.

Thought it was a small arrangement for the price, I understand inflation but 180.00 for cut flowers is ridiculous

The basket was ok however there was a lot of cheese in it. I would have liked more sweets. I always order gourmet baskets from a local florist for many occasions and they all were put together much neater than this basket and had much more of an array to them. I owned owned my own business for 35yrs and I believe that constructive criticism is the key to do better. I'm just being honest. Your staff was a pleasure to talk with.

I love getting a photo that's a nice touch. But…Hmm doesn't look much like the photo of the item that I ordered. Do you use fake plants for the website? It looks so droopy and chaotic. Can you make the leaves stand up nicer? Or trim that one leaf that's hanging down low in the front? Ugh idk, the family asked for plants but this looks kind of crazy 😫

That is not what was pictured on your website! There was pink and purple! More of a spring look! This is too much purple! Please add some more color to this arrangement!
