Not at all what I wanted

I ordered a Christmas centerpiece not a fall

i wish the boys was a different color! more fall/ thanksgiving

Not happy with the flowers. The flowers were supposed to be lilies like the picture shown on the website. Not is not the same thing.

Why are the flowers not in a vase as shown in the image on your website? I spent $125, I will be extremely disappointed if they arrive without a vase.

I am sorry, the balloon is still there after we said to remove it. And now there is overwhelming amount of baby breath and nothing else was added like we discussed. Unfortunately, we are not happy with this arrangement at all.

The worst looking arrangement for $130. Utterly overpriced.

Not what I expected from the conversation with your sales team This is not a Six foot long spray as mentioned this is a tall spray not long and I expect our family names on the ribbon not a card on the spray

This arrangement cost $200, as you can see in the pic, there is nothing special.

Not happy with your service because I wrote a message for my daughter birthday to be sent with the flowers but you didn't sent the message. I am really not satisfied with your service. I paid 126 dollars for the flowers to at least leave birthday card memory for my daughter very bad service 😒

I am disappointed again I asked for summer flower color u only put 1 hydrange colors are dark I asked for something special and this was not it Not worth $150 Unfortunately I will not use your florist again

Where's the lily?

This is not what I ordered from the pictures. It was a small fish bowl with carnations and baby's breath.

Very poor communication when attempting delivery. They attempted delivery around 10:30am on the day requested and then did not inform me the delivery did not occur until after midnight that same day. Flowers were then delivered the next day by default. Completely unacceptable and a florist should understand and respect that birthday flowers need to be delivered on the date requested (the birthday) If the business simply reached out to me during the attempt at delivery I would have let them know to leave the item at the front door even if no one answered (who is expected to be home at 10:30am on a weekday to receive deliveries?) but no attempt whatsoever to rectify the failed delivery attempt was made

Where was the plant delivered to?
