Very rude customer service. They ask for your opinion and if you are not happy with their choice of flowers they cancel your order. I would give them 0 stars if I had that option

I am very sorry but this arrangement is not at all what I expected this arrangement costs a lot of money. The wings are terrible and the dogs face looks scary. I had sent this for my sister because her dog passed away. She was actually taken back by the arrangement. Please advise what my options are moving forward.

Not happy with the flowers. The flowers were supposed to be lilies like the picture shown on the website. Not is not the same thing.

Why are the flowers not in a vase as shown in the image on your website? I spent $125, I will be extremely disappointed if they arrive without a vase.

I am sorry, the balloon is still there after we said to remove it. And now there is overwhelming amount of baby breath and nothing else was added like we discussed. Unfortunately, we are not happy with this arrangement at all.
