I ordered One dozen Red roses and they delivered white roses. No call to me. Just substituted or made mistake

It's nice, but I wish the flower colors were brighter like the picture on your website. I do like getting the photo.

From afar the colors on the wreath looks beautiful, however closeup, the flowers are terribly too close to each other, almost squished, banged up! I had a better opinion of your florist shop. I am disappointed.

It does have a lot of fruit but I thought it would look more in order.

I am a regular customer with Moravian Florist and am always completely satisfied with my order. Unfortunately, I ordered a Halloween bouquet with a ceramic pumpkin, and my recipient received yellow roses in a clear, small vases. While the roses are lovely, there is no indication of the Halloween theme I ordered, neither either with the pumpkin or the orange & fall colors I was expecting with my “Happy Halloween” theme & card. It's not the end of the world but when your card leads with, “Happy Halloween,” you may wish the flowers were reflective of that. Again, I love Moravian just a bit confused as the picture I ordered from was a Halloween motive.

I love the idea of sending a photo to the customer. This is long overdue. My arrangement was very pretty, however I was expecting more white flowers and less greenery.

I personally think it was so small and overpriced. I said I saw it cheaper online but was told that yours were bigger. Definitely not bigger!

It's pretty but I expected a little more white, purple and pink mixed in. It's Darker than I expected

That looks nothing like the website photo. Where are the lilies? There were also more blue large flowers. Very disappointed.
