I have used Moravian Florist for many years and have never been disappointed. The flowers they send are beautiful. The arrangements are gorgeous. It was just left at the security desk. Not with staff or at the information or nurse station. Even when I provided the floor and room number. I am across the country so I couldn't hunt it down. If my family member didn't stumble upon it 4 hrs after it was delivered my father would have never received his flowers.

The flowers were fresh and the arrangement was attractive. However, for a premium bouquet that cost $186 including delivery and fees, I expected a more luxurious design with a stronger visual impact. While the bouquet was nice, it did not feel like a premium arrangement for the price paid. Overall, I was somewhat disappointed by the value received.
