It was just left at the security desk. Not with staff or at the information or nurse station. Even when I provided the floor and room number. I am across the country so I couldn't hunt it down. If my family member didn't stumble upon it 4 hrs after it was delivered my father would have never received his flowers.

The flowers were fresh and the arrangement was attractive. However, for a premium bouquet that cost $186 including delivery and fees, I expected a more luxurious design with a stronger visual impact. While the bouquet was nice, it did not feel like a premium arrangement for the price paid. Overall, I was somewhat disappointed by the value received.

Ordering flowers from out of state you never know what you are going to get or if they will even be delivered. Staff was professional and listened to what I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a text of a picture of the flowers I ordered and another text when the arrangement was delivered.
