The flowers were fresh and the arrangement was attractive. However, for a premium bouquet that cost $186 including delivery and fees, I expected a more luxurious design with a stronger visual impact. While the bouquet was nice, it did not feel like a premium arrangement for the price paid. Overall, I was somewhat disappointed by the value received.

Ordering flowers from out of state you never know what you are going to get or if they will even be delivered. Staff was professional and listened to what I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a text of a picture of the flowers I ordered and another text when the arrangement was delivered.

I could not be happier with the beautiful rose arrangement I sent to a close friend. It was exactly as I requested, and I loved Moravian's pre-delivery photo service. Getting a photograph of the actual arrangement before it was sent out was amazing. It gave me peace of mind knowing what was being delivered and an opportunity to call them if I had a question. Moravian's customer service is excellent. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!
