I ordered through a national company and the order was processed locally by The New Orleans Flower Delivery. They did an exceptional job. The arrangement was beautiful and just as pictured on the national site. I was very pleased!!!

This was the most abysmal service ever! NOTHING was ever delivered! Here's the timeline: On Tuesday, August 5th, my birthday, I was not expecting flowers at all. This would have been a total surprise. For 23 minutes, between 4:22 pm and 4:45 pm, a delivery person called me 3 times and texted me 3 times about a flower delivery. That was while I was driving home on the interstate. When I got home at 4:48 pm, three minutes after his last call, I texted him back while I was still in my car, in the driveway, telling him I was home and it was fine to deliver them and leave them on the porch. He never responded by text or call. I texted him one last time, at 9:15 pm with, "no delivery?" I did not receive any thing on my birthday, or ever. I never heard from him again. Then, TWO DAYS LATER, at 8:01 am on Thursday, August 7th, after I was already at work, I got a text from New Orleans Flower Delivery saying that flowers had been delivered and asking me to please rate their company. When I got home, there was nothing on my doorstep and no footage on my Ring doorbell camera of any attempted delivery. If you hate receiving flowers on a very special day, make sure New Orleans Flower Delivery is your choice. Happy Birthday to me! At least the sender of the flowers was reimbursed.

My husband sent me this beautiful bouquet for my birthday. So pretty! The delivery lady was so sweet, she saw the “Beware of dog” sign and still entered the yard, carefully & quietly placing the arrangement on the porch. Thankfully the two resident dogs were at our other house! Well done & extra kudos to that delivery lady 💙

Thank you for delivering the floral arrangements. I received this past Friday. Your delivery service was kind enough to ring the doorbell and place the arrangement carefully on my front steps so I was able to easily find it access it and bring it in inside quickly and safely. The quality of their arrangement is excellent. And being new to New Orleans from Austin I would put you in the same category as King Florist in Austin. And that is just about the highest praise I could offer. Looking forward to our next opportunity to see what other floral delights await for me, my family, friends, colleagues and tradesmen/women. You set your own bar very high, which I very much appreciate.

My bouquet is so beautiful, and I love it. My only note is that my address was off by a digit. 1921 was listed but 1920 is my actual home address.
