Flower didn't arrive in time the time that they told me it will be in it didn't

My arrangement was not beautiful flowers looked dead roses was missing

It was supposed to be a dozen roses, only 10. Card was supposed to say love Ferg, it said love Eugene. Arrived late supposed to arrive around 11:00 am.

The flower arrangement looked nothing like this. The flowers were wilted smashed and one whole side was green leaves and the other side had smashed flowers. The angel was also broken with the wings that came off. The delivery person pulled the arrangement out of the trunk which it was probably rolling over and in the heat and i assume that is why they were smashed. I was told they would bring another angel not broken but that never happened either.

Flowers weren't delivered!

Flowers did not look like this when they got to me. That stargazer lily had 3 petals when I received it and the entire stem was bent. Flower arrangement wasn't pretty and presentation was terrible. Gerbera daisies were decent. I need to send you a picture. And who decided to stick the happy Birthday balloon in there. My birthday is in February. My friend said they didn't order that

Doesnt even look like the photo and then that looks like the smallest one

I was very disappointed. I spent $$$ ordering a full beautiful bouquet but when the flower shop sent the original order, it was nothing like we discussed. I had to call and wait for them to fix this issue. Then after that, I hoped everything was smooth sailing, but I do not know if the flowers were even delivered with the correct note. No confirmation like I was promised.

The flowers are lovely but the delivery personnel were rude. In addition I should have been called prior to delivery to make sure that I would be home leaving the flowers on the porch in the heat was not a good idea

Vendor said flowers were delivered but I NEVER received any flowers and my ring camera footage can prove it. I would give zero stars but this app will not let you remove the last star. Never used this vendor before & won't ever again.

Horrible service, never delivered the bouquet and it really didn't even look good in the pictures. Took down wrong information both address and phone number.

I'm very disappointed that is not what I ordered. Those are not the rose and lily flower arrangements.

This was a sympathy arrangement for my husband's aunt who lives in Louisiana. We live in Pennsylvania. I was extremely disappointed in the arrangement. It looked NOTHING like the photo in the advertisement. Where were the purple flowers that made the arrangement look stunning in the photo? I paid over $150 for something I could have bought at a grocery store for $29.

Too small I ordered a large and think you should replace them.
