Very dissatisfied because it was supposed to be delivered on 3/3 but wasn't delivered tell 3/6

I'm very disappointed that is not what I ordered. Those are not the rose and lily flower arrangements.

This was a sympathy arrangement for my husband's aunt who lives in Louisiana. We live in Pennsylvania. I was extremely disappointed in the arrangement. It looked NOTHING like the photo in the advertisement. Where were the purple flowers that made the arrangement look stunning in the photo? I paid over $150 for something I could have bought at a grocery store for $29.

Too small I ordered a large and think you should replace them.

We were very excited of the thoughts to get us the Flowers and I'm sure they looked very nice but the flowers were left at my front gate and were all wilted. There is a huge sign to bring all deliveries around to the other gate.

I did not receive the flowers. If you left them in front without contacting me to come out they were stolen!

I sent the arrangement to Polly. I am disappointed with it, all of the flowers appear to be smashed down. Not very flattering.

I was very disappointed in the flowers that were sent out. They looked completely different from the advertised photo.

The arrangement was nice. However, I also spent $25 on chocolate covered strawberries that were never delivered. I messaged the number on your website and did not receive a reply. It is too late to deliver them as the recipient has already left the area.

The flower was thrown together nothing like this picture. The person that made the delivery left them on the porch didn't knock at all my Work Family had a great idea and I love the idea

The arrangement was supposed to be delivered to my home by 10 AM on September 18. It was not delivered until the afternoon which caused major issues because I had left to go to a hotel and I had a have a friend continuously go by my house to get the arrangement and bring it to my hotel. The individual that sent me this arrangement was told that I would receive the arrangement by 10 AM on September 18 and I'm very dissatisfied with the way it was delivered.

Flowers delivered were not the flowers purchased. Look at the photo and then look at your website. No monte casino blooms, no ribbon, and 4 of the roses already drooping. For $185.90 ? You decide.

The arrangement looked nothing like what I purchased at all. This was for a widow who lost her husband last year and would've been celebrating 61 years of marriage. She was sent something that looks like it was picked out of random yards and DEFINITELY not worth my hard earned money. I was extremely embarrassed and I'll never have flowers sent by you all again. There's no way your company thought that arrangement was acceptable. Not only that, there was more greenery than anything else. The sad part is, the photo you took looks okay to you? Unacceptable.

Never received my flowers after two days of saying it was delivered

This was the most abysmal service ever! NOTHING was ever delivered! Here's the timeline: On Tuesday, August 5th, my birthday, I was not expecting flowers at all. This would have been a total surprise. For 23 minutes, between 4:22 pm and 4:45 pm, a delivery person called me 3 times and texted me 3 times about a flower delivery. That was while I was driving home on the interstate. When I got home at 4:48 pm, three minutes after his last call, I texted him back while I was still in my car, in the driveway, telling him I was home and it was fine to deliver them and leave them on the porch. He never responded by text or call. I texted him one last time, at 9:15 pm with, "no delivery?" I did not receive any thing on my birthday, or ever. I never heard from him again. Then, TWO DAYS LATER, at 8:01 am on Thursday, August 7th, after I was already at work, I got a text from New Orleans Flower Delivery saying that flowers had been delivered and asking me to please rate their company. When I got home, there was nothing on my doorstep and no footage on my Ring doorbell camera of any attempted delivery. If you hate receiving flowers on a very special day, make sure New Orleans Flower Delivery is your choice. Happy Birthday to me! At least the sender of the flowers was reimbursed.

I asked you not to deliver it until today and said you delivered it over the weekend and by the time I got the flowers they were very wilted

The flowers were not delivered. Would not recommend ordering from this website.

I never received these flowers.

They must have been exposed to the heat during delivery because they were starting to wilt when I got them. I have tried to salvage them.
