I was very disappointed in the flowers that were sent out. They looked completely different from the advertised photo.

The arrangement was nice. However, I also spent $25 on chocolate covered strawberries that were never delivered. I messaged the number on your website and did not receive a reply. It is too late to deliver them as the recipient has already left the area.

The flower was thrown together nothing like this picture. The person that made the delivery left them on the porch didn't knock at all my Work Family had a great idea and I love the idea

The arrangement was supposed to be delivered to my home by 10 AM on September 18. It was not delivered until the afternoon which caused major issues because I had left to go to a hotel and I had a have a friend continuously go by my house to get the arrangement and bring it to my hotel. The individual that sent me this arrangement was told that I would receive the arrangement by 10 AM on September 18 and I'm very dissatisfied with the way it was delivered.

Flowers delivered were not the flowers purchased. Look at the photo and then look at your website. No monte casino blooms, no ribbon, and 4 of the roses already drooping. For $185.90 ? You decide.

The arrangement looked nothing like what I purchased at all. This was for a widow who lost her husband last year and would've been celebrating 61 years of marriage. She was sent something that looks like it was picked out of random yards and DEFINITELY not worth my hard earned money. I was extremely embarrassed and I'll never have flowers sent by you all again. There's no way your company thought that arrangement was acceptable. Not only that, there was more greenery than anything else. The sad part is, the photo you took looks okay to you? Unacceptable.

Never received my flowers after two days of saying it was delivered

This was the most abysmal service ever! NOTHING was ever delivered! Here's the timeline: On Tuesday, August 5th, my birthday, I was not expecting flowers at all. This would have been a total surprise. For 23 minutes, between 4:22 pm and 4:45 pm, a delivery person called me 3 times and texted me 3 times about a flower delivery. That was while I was driving home on the interstate. When I got home at 4:48 pm, three minutes after his last call, I texted him back while I was still in my car, in the driveway, telling him I was home and it was fine to deliver them and leave them on the porch. He never responded by text or call. I texted him one last time, at 9:15 pm with, "no delivery?" I did not receive any thing on my birthday, or ever. I never heard from him again. Then, TWO DAYS LATER, at 8:01 am on Thursday, August 7th, after I was already at work, I got a text from New Orleans Flower Delivery saying that flowers had been delivered and asking me to please rate their company. When I got home, there was nothing on my doorstep and no footage on my Ring doorbell camera of any attempted delivery. If you hate receiving flowers on a very special day, make sure New Orleans Flower Delivery is your choice. Happy Birthday to me! At least the sender of the flowers was reimbursed.

I asked you not to deliver it until today and said you delivered it over the weekend and by the time I got the flowers they were very wilted

The flowers were not delivered. Would not recommend ordering from this website.

I never received these flowers.

They must have been exposed to the heat during delivery because they were starting to wilt when I got them. I have tried to salvage them.

Delivery was late even though we paid for early delivery!

I received 2 arrangements from your establishment & they were both delivered late, put on the porch of my business. They were there all night until the office opened the next day. Very unprofessional. Not to mention very upsetting to the sender.

I have NO IDEA why you keep contacting me about an order you: #1 DID NOT DELIVER and #2 the picture of whatever you CLAIM to have delivered, with those ears which mostly resembles A RABBIT not a cat, would NOT have been accepted #3 NO HAPPY BIRTHDAY BALLOON and #4 I won't even bother to comment on the flowers which appear to possibly be from a funeral wreath!

Terrible customer service and did not refund me for removing my custom card from the order. I requested for 12/31. They didn't deliver. Then on 1/2. Didn't get the full order. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I'm no longer giving 1800 flowers my business

My husband paid for the better arrangement of flowers or middle version..$100 and we don't think these were the better version. It looked like the lower one. Very disappointed

My flowers did not look fresh at all that were delivered on my special day and in my mind I believe my friend waisted her money. They drooped, the roses had stains on them that showed signs of aging. They did not live up to the value that she spent. I want to give it a one star.

No!!!! The flowers have never been delivered to my school. You have to ring the doorbell and the security guard has to let you deliver the flowers and nobody ever delivered flowers to my school where I teach. I'm very upset about not getting my flowers that my boyfriend ordered special for me is very sad.

This arrangement was polar opposite of what daughter ordered and paid for. Looked like they used flowers that were left over. There were couple of roses, couple of mums, couple of carnations all in pink bubble gum color. Added babies breaths and some purple flowers which sort of coordinated with the pink but then added 2 bright yellow Gerber daisies that stuck out like an after thought. Looked like an arrangement for a child's birthday party not for a 63 year old mother. When daughter sent me pick of what she selected I told her to insist on refund
