Flowers are beautiful thank you

The order included a picture which was not received.

There was no bright pink in the photo I saw online. this is not as nice as the one I picked out..

These flowers were for my wife and I anniversary, and you all put a happy birthday balloon in the arrangement. She thought the flowers we delivered to the wrong person. So it really did not go well at all. I feel like it was a waste of money. Please let me know if there is any reimbursement possible. The flowers looked great just ruined it with the wrong balloon.

I know the note wasn't charged for but it seemed special. Fonts and wording was messed up so that kind of ruined the surprise. The flowers health were a 6/10, some seemed a bit wilted or punctured. Thanks for the experience nonetheless

No roses? The one pictured online had 2-3 pink roses, which is one of the reasons I chose this one. Disappointed…

I love the arrangement but the roses and the other pink ones are dying already

Some of the flowers were not very fresh. I did like the text notification of delivery, especially given the heat wave. The bouquet was a gift.

2 days late for an anniversary.

The flowers were beautiful but the order was not complete.

The flowers were pretty, but they were originally sent to the wrong house and arrived 2 days late. They did not call the number on file and the picture does nothing to confirm it they were delivered to the proper place.

It's still not the biggest size arrangement I paid $66 for . I originally ordered the premium it was upgraded to a Deluxe .. this still looks like a regular arrangement . This is just a few more added flowers than what was sent originally.

When flowers arrived they were wilted and they do not look like the picture at all.

I was at home when flowers were deli delivered. However I was not notified of the delivery and was not expecting them as it was a gift. Don't know how long they had sat in direct sunlight before I noticed them. They were NOT in good shape. I tried to call to report my dissatisfaction but got no answer.
