The flower arrangement I received was absolutely beautiful and I truly loved it. However, the delivery experience was terrible. The woman who called me when she couldn't find my address was so extremely rude and had the worst attitude. Since she was clearly delivering a gift, her hostile and unprofessional tone was confusing and uncalled for. I didn't even know what was being delivered but was polite on the phone and tried to help her as best as I could but she still continued to be hostile which was confusing to me. She hung up in my face without a word when she finally found the building. I get the frustration of not being able to find an address, it's hot outside etc, but my building number is in big bold text and Google/Apple Maps brings you right up to my front door. It was just not a call I was expecting or would have liked to have on my birthday. While the flowers themselves were an absolutely wonderful surprise, the delivery service really soured the experience.
