did not ring gate bell and left the flowers in extreme heat without notifying us. all other delivery pple ring the bell at gate.

The floral arrangement in the picture is not what was delivered to me. The delivery time on the card was incorrect because the office where I work closes at 3pm. I happened to stay at work a little bit later or I would have missed the delivery.
