I ordered a bouquet called “Holiday Hapoenings” from your website, and admittedly, your pic has similar flowers, but no red roses and looks more sparse and not as full as the one I ordered. I'm disappointed.

I was a little disappointed by the arrangement. It looks nice and white in this pic but the flowers seemed quite a bit less vibrant maybe more yellowish. For the price I paid, I was shocked at the small size of the arrangement. The service was really nice

Hello Kenneth, Thank you for your feedback. I checked the order and it was for a Basket of Light arrangement which is on the smaller side of funeral arrangements that we carry, the angle of the photo may account for the size as you cannot see the basket in this photo. I checked with the designers and they said they followed the recipe. We should have ask more questions to make sure you received the size of arrangement you wanted. Also keep in mind that these photos are taken by our drivers without proper photo lights, which may account for the yellowish tent. I assure you that the flowers used were white. Disappointed. This does not represent the picture as advertised and does not look like a full large poinsettia plant for the price. I appreciate the picture though as that is good customer service. Thank you.
