I'm so sad....the Rose's arent purple like asked. Everything else is great. Wish I wouldve been notified about the did color tho

The pink is too pale - I asked for bright colors. I don't like the yellow at all. I think if the Gerbers had been bright then the pink dot on the yellow flower would be much more attractive.

I already sent my review. I will kept ordering from Rat ones flowers,, because it's like l told you, my husbands family was front Jenks. He has been gone 15 year's, but we have used Rat ones for a long time. TV

I was disappointed with the flower arrangement. There were no blue flowers in it like the photo on line that I viewed. I would not have ordered that arrangement had she told me there would not be any blue flowers in it. It was plain and not very striking

I like receiving the photo, but I am not pleased with the arrangement. The online photo showed several different colors of flowers. This one looks all purple. Way too much purple! Where are the green Hydrangea?

I was very disappointed that the Happy Birthday container I ordered was not available. I had a specific reason for ordering that particular container. So, I requested a pretty, colorful vase, but the picture shows the flowers in an ordinary glass vase

I was a little disappointed by the arrangement. It looks nice and white in this pic but the flowers seemed quite a bit less vibrant maybe more yellowish. For the price I paid, I was shocked at the small size of the arrangement. The service was really nice

Hello Kenneth, Thank you for your feedback. I checked the order and it was for a Basket of Light arrangement which is on the smaller side of funeral arrangements that we carry, the angle of the photo may account for the size as you cannot see the basket in this photo. I checked with the designers and they said they followed the recipe. We should have ask more questions to make sure you received the size of arrangement you wanted. Also keep in mind that these photos are taken by our drivers without proper photo lights, which may account for the yellowish tent. I assure you that the flowers used were white. Again, Thank you for your comments. It's helpful to learn what we can do to improve our service. Matt

Well, its nice, but I thought the finished product would look more like the picture I sent, like with the pine cones and a few other things. But it is nice... Thanks

While the flowers are really pretty, they don't look nearly as full and big and beautiful as the picture on the website when I ordered them. There are more carnations and filler than I expected.

Without a dout, the flowers are very beautiful. I selected the arrangement I did because I wanted them to sit up high in the vase, which is not what this looks like.

The flowers were beautiful but I Requested 14 flowers 3 times to make sure they understood. I offered to pay extra but they said it wasn't necessary. There were only 8 or 9. Three of the flowers died 2 days after they were delivered. Disappointing
