Sent incorrect arrangement

The flowers were beautiful, but these were supposed to be a surprise and delivered before 3pm since im off at 3pm. They were delivered at 330 and a coworker sent me a picture to tell me. Which is not at all how my boyfriend wanted that surprise to go. He deserves some sort of credit for the next order, because he was really upset that you guys screwed up the whole point of having them delivered.

Very disappointed. The medium sized arrangement was ordered and what was received was extremely sparse and the floribunda roses wilted after one day

Very unhappy with this order. After i received a picture of the floral arrangement, I called and spoke with a salesperson. I told her the arrangement that was sent to my mom looked nothing like what i ordered. It was not full like the picture, it was a high thin floral arrangement, not a low full one. She asked for the 2 pictures. I emailed them and never heard back. My mom received the flowers and they were not what i ordered. Will never order from here again

Flowers only lasted 4 days which was very disappointing based on the amount was spent on such
