The flower arrangement is beautiful, the delivery person was very nice and professional. I also enjoyed receiving the picture. My only suggestion would be to include watering directions with the delivery. Thanks!

Very unhappy with this order. After i received a picture of the floral arrangement, I called and spoke with a salesperson. I told her the arrangement that was sent to my mom looked nothing like what i ordered. It was not full like the picture, it was a high thin floral arrangement, not a low full one. She asked for the 2 pictures. I emailed them and never heard back. My mom received the flowers and they were not what i ordered. Will never order from here again

The arrangement was beautiful but the roses arrived already well opened so that they only lasted about 4 days. Disappointing.

The arrangement was gorgeous, Fresh, watered and protected. The delivery was handled very nicely. The flowers were left in a protected location, the driver called to tell me, and when I did not answer, he texted to tell me. That was a nice touch that was much appreciated because I was not expecting flowers and would not have gone by my mailbox to check if he had not notified me.
