Wanted it to be more festive more color, looks dull...Not happy.
This arrangement that I ordered does not look anything like the picture that I was told it would look like. It states it has silver pinecones and other assorted Christmas Decour. The ribbon in the front takes up all the room in the arrangerment. As the picture shows in the one I was supposed to get the ribbon is tied around the Wass. Not cluttered in with the arrangement. Very dissatisfied !!!!
Flowers were delivered but they were already turning brown. Wasn't satisfied.

for the price.... not real happy with this look or amount of product....and twice the ribbon as needed.
This looks absolutely nothing like what I thought I was ordering. I ordered the “Secret Garden Basket” pictured on the website, which includes bright purple flowers, and several different green leafy ferns and plants. I will be calling about this.
EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED! This was not at all what was pictured on the website (other than its purple vase) the flowers were already wilting (dead on the tips) and they were practically plopped in the water with some baby's breath. Will NEVER order from this pace again. I could have gone to Travis Wholesale and delivered two dozen long stemmed roses wrapped in brown paper for a better presentation.
Highly disappointing paid for Breathtaking Beauty - 3 Dozen Long Stemmed Roses that was to be 32"x31" in size and got a 26"x 18" instead. Paid over 300 dollars not worth the price tag looks like i bought 3 dozen roses from HEB and crammed them in a jar. At least that my opinion and i waited till i got home to see them in person to not misjudge the picture.
Love the idea. Great but a little disappointed with the arrangement sent. I thought it was going to be more stunning with more flowers based on the description in your website.-for the price we paid. I guess pictures you have on your website are not the true product your shop has made.

This is the 2nd pic sent to me with the wrong order. Please call me at 210-663-1086 before anything is delivered to my wife. I want to know why I am not getting the order of flowers I chose and bought from your website.
The picture you sent are not the flowers I ordered for my wife. Its suppose to be TEV42-5A Together At Twilight Bouquet. Please correct this and send me another email with the correct picture.
Why are they so opened up and they look like they just got throne together rather quickly I'm not impressed I ask that a good job be done please reply back.
Didnt bring the flowers I requested. The defaulted "similar item" second choice is bullshit. If I wanted these flowers, I would have bought them instead of my actual purchase. Get a grip!

It doesn't look anything like the picture online. Online picture shows it having 12 roses and very filled.
I ordered the deluxe version which included roses. I don't see any roses in this arrangement. If the deluxe arrangement was not made then please charge for the regular arrangement and not the deluxe arrangement.Thank you.
The flowers pictured had old and wilted roses. The driver was very nice and returned it for a new arrangement. Surprised in a bad way that you sent the first arrangement. Happy with the replacement if the replacement arrangement and would have been a 5 if you would have delivered that first.
Sorry, on closer look the vas is there, but the arrangement is not the deluxe arrangement I ordered.
I have to admit I am not happy with this arrangement. It does not look at all like the picture I picked online. I will definitely not order from you again.
It's unfortunate that the recipient had to call and request another bouquet from your shop, because the first bouquet was not properly inspected before delivery and some of the flowers were dead. The moment was wasted on this oversight.
I understand that there may be some differences in what I see in the image on the website and what's actually delivered...like the roses being pink instead of orange...or purple daisies instead of pink carnations...and I can live with that. But the fact that the big beautiful pink dahlias that were the centerpiece of this bouquet were nowhere to be found completely ruined the intended aesthetic. Very disappointed.
I was not satisfied with the floral arrangement. This did not look like the premium bouquet I paid for. For a flower shop my expectations were not met. I felt this floral arrangement is something I could picked up at HEB for a much cheaper price. Also the substitutions for flowers were so similiar nothing made this arrangement look extravagant and ellegant. Needless to say this is the first and last time I will ever order floral arrangements with this company.
