I must say I was a bit disappointed. The carnations were already wilting when they arrived. They were delivered without any wrapping what so ever and just placed by my front door in the extreme cold. Fortunately I was home at the time. of delivery. I will say the roses were very pretty

Wrapped flowers were well protected but no packages of flower food included. Lavender roses and stargazer lilies were pretty. Rest of the”filler “flowers and leaves didn't survive as well.

The arrangement was very pretty but the floppy purple flowers were a little too floppy for the small arrangement and def. detracted from the aesthetic. The arrangement needed a more upright flower like the lavender looking piece.

UPDATE to my 1 star review. The owner called me and explained the downside to ordering from a third party. She offered to send my daughter more flowers to make it right. Very good customer service!
