Thw flowers were never delivered to me. It seems they were delivered elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of the design and the flowers in it. I don't know what my 2 children paid for it but it was for a very difficult day. That was my wedding anniversary and if my husband hadn't died 19 years earlier we would have been married for 48 years. We found out by accident that he was in the last stages of lung cancer and had 1 to 2 months to live. He had no symptoms but unfortunately the Dr's were right. He died at 2am on New Year's day. It still feels like yesterday. It was very hard on my children and on me. I lost everything. My home, possessions, car money. Doing a foreclosure and bankruptcy was no fun. My children grew up in the Naperville school system and my daughter now teaches there. I needed to move and a m now in a rental in Oswego. There is a florist in downtown Oswego that is very creative and whose flowers. She just got flowers from there from her husband and kid's for Mother's day. Her husband is Ryan Kauffman the president of Oswego. I don't remember the name and theybare in Vegas at some political thing so I can't get the name for you but Oswego is a small village.When my son called the next day he asked.if there were any peach flowers in the display. I had to go look as when they were delivered by a wonderful delivery gentleman truly wonderful everything looked white. There were some tiny carnations who's tips looked like they might be peach. I went to look at them and luckily they had opened a bit more and I could tell him yes. Peach was my wedding color. Bridesmaid dresses, flowers etc so I'm sure whoever ordered these flowers for me asked that some peach flowers be put in the display. Wish I could give you a better rating but it was what it was. I appreciated that my children thought of me 19 years since we lost him and know how difficult this day would be for me and for themselves. I don't know where this picture wasn't done by me. My flowers didn't look like that.

The arrangement was beautiful. However, it was left unwrapped on the ground in front of my door. I have ordered from you and I just hope my orders weren't similarly delivered.

Hi, I sent my mother flowers for her bday, she never received them due to them dropped off on the sidewalk close to the street and not even at the actual door. Very unprofessional!

Many of the purple flowers were broken and the entire bouquet was sparse appearing. I was grateful for the surprise but disappointed by the flowers themselves. The purchaser noticed them over the phone they were not even close to what she purchased. The nicest part of the delivery was the delivery person.

The arrangement was disappointing compared to the image shown or as the image shown. It lacked fullness, with very few flowers and a lot of empty space, making it look sparse and poorly arranged. Given the price paid, I expected a much more lush and well-designed bouquet. Definitely not worth the cost.

Flowers did not match the description and picture of what it should look like. There are not enough flowers in the vase, it's mostly leaves.

My husband is extremely disappointed in the arrangement. While we understand that when you order online the arrangement is not a duplicate, what I received was definitely not as full. The large balloon seemed like it was placed to mask the lack of flowers in the arrangement. Definitely not worth the money that was paid. Just to note, the arrangement was not wrapped in paper or plastic; nothing. Like it was pulled out of the cooler at the grocery store and delivered. He sends me flowers regularly and this definitely was not on par with what usually arrives.

I was not happy or satisfied with the way my flowers were packaged & delivered. They were not in a box or wrapped up just the vase just like the picture above with my personal information visible just sitting in front of my door when I came home Wednesday evening @ 6pm.There was no packet if flowers food. Who delivers flowers like that??? We will never order flowers from your retail establishment EVER AGAIN. How unprofessional. Mr. Mickens deserves a full refund!! Anybody could have took the flowers with all my personal info exposed!

My husband tried to cancel this order, because it arrived on Feb 15 in late afternoon. I hope he gets refunded. Also, it was disappointing that the arrangement did not have any roses and was mainly cheap carnations.

I will NEVER order from here again. You guys over charge for shit flowers and you can't even deliver it on the right day. Terrible company stay far away.

I am receiving a full refund because the flowers were not delivered in the time they were paid for. I was lied to about a delivery attempt. The customer service was horrible. I will not do this again and I'll be sharing my experience with my vast network.

Your delivery driver left the flowers outside in the cold and it was wilted by the time we got home. We had 2 orders and the older gentleman made sure some one was there to receive the flowers . The second guy left it at someone else's house , I let the lady know that that was not my house she hung up and never reached out to the driver. The neighbor ended up being the flowers over and it was wilted. I would not recommend this flower shop and this is definitely a 1 star for me out of courtesy

I ordered these flowers on 1/29 to be delivered by 12pm same day and they weren't delivered until 1/30 at 130pm. The customer service was absolutely horrible and on top of that my flowers in the picture looked nothing like the pictures of what i ordered. A few of them were close to dead.. not satisfied at all.

I haven't received them. We were home all day yesterday and there was a notice in the mailbox that they tried to deliver them but no one knocked at the door. We were home all day.

Unfortunately, my order did not come as pictured. My arrangement did not include the Mouseketeer hat and when my dad (who placed the order) called to notify, he was not provided a resolution or an apology. Furthermore, the delivery process was not seamless. I was out when it was initially attempted and received a message. I called back to inform when someone would be available to receive and was told that wasn't going to work and they'd have to deliver the following day and tried to force me to guarantee that I'd be home when they'd like to deliver despite the fact that I work during the daytime and couldn't be home for an early afternoon delivery.
