Buyer showed me a picture of what this should look like according to the website. It was the highest priced bouquet she could buy. It should have about four times the flowers.

Fly weed not fresh? Began drooping the day after delivery. Left at the door, even though the sender requested a call to make sure that someone was at home. No point in calling, because the last time this happen f, I went back snd forth with someone at the Flower Basket, who was very rude. I even sent pictures, so I finally gave up.

my wife is supost to received the flowers by 11:00 am and is 11:30 am and no flowers yet.im very dissapoint.

Horrible service! Never received the flowers! Two days of waiting and nothing delivery man showed up second day and leaves with the flowers makes no sense

Flowers were much fewer in quantity than photo of what was ordered. Not super fresh either, and significantly fewer actual flowers and more greenery than the photo. Was ordered a large, but looks like a small. This is the second time ordering from this location and getting bad flowers. This place is a rip off. Never again.

On delivery there were 2 roses with brown edges. 5 days after delivery everything is shot. Was not near TV was not near air register.

Unfortunately not a good review. The flowers were to arrive on my birthday October 6th. The sender had the correct address but they wrote it down wrong and flowers weren't delivered until the 7th. Also, the sender paid for the largest bouquet and that was not delivered. A much smaller amount of flowers were delivered. She should get a refund.

The flowers were supposed to be delivered to me on my birthday October 1 as a gift from my sister however, they were delivered to a wrong address. We called the company and requested for order number 187-7044 to be redelivered. Today is October 3rd hopefully they are delivered to me with my correct address this time Not a very good experience.

They were ok. My father passed and all I wanted not to have to look at the website and just talk to someone to get some help in what I was looking for. I didn't appreciate the person saying to me the website has it all is pretty easy to understand. That maybe true, but when you have been crying for days and can't see, the website isn't easy to see. And 2 of the roses were turning brown by the time I got to the funeral home. Ps to the person you have this little message written to, is MY FATHER who is deceased. That wasn't easy to see.

Never got my flowers because we cancelled the order, the refund was a bit dragged out as there was a lot of miscommunication from throughout the staff. Also the stock photo has a different picture - that is false advertising.

Sent wrong flowers, wrong color, there are 2 different honey bee flowers, 1 regular and 1 summer, you sent summer and supposed to be regular with the peach color flowers

The flowers were pretty, HOWEVER I don't appreciate the fact that my best friend didn't get what she ordered the first time and I had another delivery the next day. Also I believe you all were the company I ordered my best friend flowers from last year in September for her birthday and I was also Not Satisfied with what she received! Y'all need to Do Better. This year I'm going to a local florist for her birthday flowers. Smh
