Flowers were beautiful but they were supposed to arrive at noon. They arrived at 5 but I leave work everyday at 4 so I didn't get the flowers until the next day.

The flowers were beautiful. However , These were intended to be delivered to my wife directly. Not my next door neighbor . I had a specific conversation with Ed regarding the delivery . I was insured that whatever time I gave him, would be the time the 70 roses would be delivered to my wife . I told Ed I would call the morning of the delivery, to give him a time. I was also told that if no one picked up in the morning to leave my message regarding the time. The flowers were delivered at 11AM. she was not home. So they were delivered to my neighbor . I had no clue, no call, and no acknowledgement that my message was even received? I called to follow-up at 1pm, only to hear that my neighbor had the!the roses? I instructed who ever answered the phone to have the driver return, pic them up , and deliver to my wife at 3pm. It never happened, I was never told it never happened, my neighbor wound up presenting my wife with the 70 roses for her 70th birthday . The lack of communication was “Very” disappointing. Especially with a significant present like a 70th birthday. Please consider my 3 star rating very generous based on the circumstances .

Although the flowers were beautiful, they were lacking the blue flowers and the lilies, which I paid for. I ordered the premium and they look more like the standard.

Driver delivery person was fabulous. Kept great communication and came back to deliver. Disappointed no ribbon around vase, no flower food packet, should have had a plastic covering over to protrct in the elements. The message on the card was not correct. Had a bunch of question marks instead of hearts. Same thing happened at sweetest day. Flowers were ok. Not the best. It's the thought that counts. .

Size was nice, flowers were sad and droopy less than 48hrs later, a bit disappointing for the price

It WAS a beautiful arrangement. We missed the delivery by ten minutes so the person delivering gave them to my next neighbor. They were ice cold and the purple flowers (blue bells) were dead when she got them. Could they have been in the delivery van overnight? I have a photo.

Lovely except no clue who sent as card holder pick is empty and hydrangeas could be replaced with something less fragile as both wilted first day even though i added water. Still a holiday treat.

Bouquet was beautiful and delivered safely. I was saddened that the hydrangia in the bouquet wilted the day after receiving though. On the day of delivery, I received the notification that it would be "arriving shortly" but it did not actually get delivered until over an hour later, which was much later than expected given the text.

TBH, I was slightly disappointed by the arrangement. Based on the description of this "exotic arrangement", I expected something a bit more out of the ordinary than dieffenbachia and pothos.

Good morning, my flowers were lovely but not arranged very well. Almost as if someone just stuck the flowers in a vase. That's something I could do if I bought them at the grocery store. I appreciated the sentiment, but they were slightly disappointing.

I am not sure if it was sitting out couple of days or what but flowers didn't look that fresh.

The flowers are very nice and the smiley face mug/vase is cute. Delivery on time. I wasn't happy that my phone number was included somehow/where because I wanted the gift to be anonymous/mysterious. You blew my cover.

The flower basket was generally lovely however I was disappointed that the purple flowers appeared slightly wilted and did not appear to be fresh.

Too many flowers in too small of a vase No delivery warning came at 4pm just as I was leaving home

Nice bouquet

The flowers were very nice. But there was supposed to be candy with that order and is was not.

The flowers themselves were great, the problem was with the add ons (card and chocolates) that were not as described. I didn't get a card even though I paid $6 for onr and I got 2 4oz boxes of nasty chocolate when I paid for 1 14oz box according to the page I ordered from. These problems made the order a disappointment.

The leaves had bugs so we had to cut the leaves and throw them out.

Doesn't look like the picture. Smaller closed flowers , less roses

They were nice. I was just hoping for different white flowers like described when I ordered them.

Flowers are nice but look several days old. You need to work on freshness.
