Bouquet was beautiful and delivered safely. I was saddened that the hydrangia in the bouquet wilted the day after receiving though. On the day of delivery, I received the notification that it would be "arriving shortly" but it did not actually get delivered until over an hour later, which was much later than expected given the text.

TBH, I was slightly disappointed by the arrangement. Based on the description of this "exotic arrangement", I expected something a bit more out of the ordinary than dieffenbachia and pothos.

Good morning, my flowers were lovely but not arranged very well. Almost as if someone just stuck the flowers in a vase. That's something I could do if I bought them at the grocery store. I appreciated the sentiment, but they were slightly disappointing.

I am not sure if it was sitting out couple of days or what but flowers didn't look that fresh.

The flowers are very nice and the smiley face mug/vase is cute. Delivery on time. I wasn't happy that my phone number was included somehow/where because I wanted the gift to be anonymous/mysterious. You blew my cover.

The flower basket was generally lovely however I was disappointed that the purple flowers appeared slightly wilted and did not appear to be fresh.

Too many flowers in too small of a vase No delivery warning came at 4pm just as I was leaving home

Nice bouquet

The flowers were very nice. But there was supposed to be candy with that order and is was not.

The flowers themselves were great, the problem was with the add ons (card and chocolates) that were not as described. I didn't get a card even though I paid $6 for onr and I got 2 4oz boxes of nasty chocolate when I paid for 1 14oz box according to the page I ordered from. These problems made the order a disappointment.

The leaves had bugs so we had to cut the leaves and throw them out.

Doesn't look like the picture. Smaller closed flowers , less roses

They were nice. I was just hoping for different white flowers like described when I ordered them.

Flowers are nice but look several days old. You need to work on freshness.

I must say I was a bit disappointed. The carnations were already wilting when they arrived. They were delivered without any wrapping what so ever and just placed by my front door in the extreme cold. Fortunately I was home at the time. of delivery. I will say the roses were very pretty

The arrangement was very pretty but the floppy purple flowers were a little too floppy for the small arrangement and def. detracted from the aesthetic. The arrangement needed a more upright flower like the lavender looking piece.

They were cute for 2 days then most of the died.

Kinda disappointing. Flowers were brown and wilted. Not exactly fresh. Definitely could have been better, especially for the price and Valentine's Day

The arrangement was not what I expected. The flowers were ok but for $120.00 it was way too small. It just didn't have the impact I had expected. However, when we contacted TFB to let them know our disappointment, they made an adjustment and brought the total down to about what the arrangement was worth.
