Colleen and the Staff were very attentive with my order. Colleen followed up from my voicemail and was very professional and thorough with their ordering process. They even sent me a text beforehand to review the flower and display. Absolutely beautiful!

Ashley went above and beyond when I called today to help me get a Valentine arrangement for my Mom. I Told.Her lavender roses were the favorite and my mom is elderly and takes a little while to get to the door and she was so kind to let the driver know that also. THE FLOWERS ARE GORGEOUS!!!

The arrangement was not what I expected. The flowers were ok but for $120.00 it was way too small. It just didn't have the impact I had expected. However, when we contacted TFB to let them know our disappointment, they made an adjustment and brought the total down to about what the arrangement was worth.
