The flowers would have been great, however they were just left on my porch in the elements. This wouldn't have been so bad if they had been wrapped or in a box. Due to them being left outside until I came home they no longer look nice. There should have been a plan other than leaving them outside if the homeowner isn't home - like a phone call. I'm disappointed for sure.

I thought the arrangement would have more flowers. And the vase was supposed to be a ceramic block not a bear.

The flowers were delivered a day later than I requested. When I called and talked to Omar I was assured that they would have the exact same flowers I ordered delivered on the date requested. Instead my wife received a different arrangement that what Omar and I discussed. Please tell me why I should ever order from FTD again since you messed up the original delivery by being late and then messed up the second delivery by sending the wrong flowers.

The flowers were beautiful, but they were not as ordered. The order was specifically chosen because of the carnations. There were no carnations in the bouquet at all. That was disappointing especially since the sender wanted to see my reaction. The delivery man was delightful. They were lovely, but the mark was missed.
