The flowers were nice but they arrived after 6pm which made them not so pretty. I have decided not to order from 'From You Flowers' anymore because of your company 'The Flower Basket'. I asked for a status of when flowers would be delivered to my friend and no one answered 'From you Flowers" until after 6pm. When I surprise someone on their Birthday my ideal is for them to receive the gift earlier in the day not after 6pm when they are wrapping up their night. Good yo know the establishment's name "The Flower Basket' bc I was told I couldn't get it at the time. I will also not buy flowers from your company bc I dont think you are dependable. I rather deliver within a reasonable time than to deliver late regardless of making money. The point is to make someone's day not their night.

Flowers were wonderful. However, trying to contact the company to get an approximate delivery time was pretty much impossible. I was lucky they were delivered in the morning, which I was hoping for, but not being able to get a delivery time frame was very frustrating.

The flowers I received were beautifully arranged and a great choice of colors. They are still fresh a week later! And many thanks to the delivery man who was friendly and very considerate in handling them. Great service all the way around!
