This was the sweetest thing from my job about hearing bout my passing. It came same day the found out and took into fast action with this company! This was one of the best things ever. Flowers arrived but there was no information included. They had no idea who sent them and no message from anyone!!! I sent them and am very annoyed that the information was not with the flowers! They had to make many phone calls to ascertain who sent the flowers. Finally the mother called me (an Aunt) to see if it was me. VERY AGGRAVATING! I had included a caring message.

Yes, one issue the flowers were not protected. Luckily my daughter was home. Otherwise they probably would've been wilted by the time either one of us got to them. Just FYI.
