Many of the purple flowers were broken and the entire bouquet was sparse appearing. I was grateful for the surprise but disappointed by the flowers themselves. The purchaser noticed them over the phone they were not even close to what she purchased. The nicest part of the delivery was the delivery person.

I have to give many thanks to the location and folks handling my delivery. The delivery went out as scheduled but the driver could not find anyone home. And even though it stated to leave at the door, they were EXTREMELY thoughtful about the weather and made a second trip the next day. Thank you SO very mech!!

I received these following the loss of my pet and, while they can't bring my little guy back, they are absolutely beautiful and shaved some of those sharp edges off. Delivery went smoothly and the staff was exceptional. I'd almost say I look forward to my next tragedy so as to be able to enjoy another tasteful arrangement.
