Bouquet was beautiful and delivered safely. I was saddened that the hydrangia in the bouquet wilted the day after receiving though. On the day of delivery, I received the notification that it would be "arriving shortly" but it did not actually get delivered until over an hour later, which was much later than expected given the text.

did not look like the FTD photo and not in the vase shown. Looked smaller than the Premium arrangement I ordered. Delivered the same day, hence the two stars or I would have given a one star.

TBH, I was slightly disappointed by the arrangement. Based on the description of this "exotic arrangement", I expected something a bit more out of the ordinary than dieffenbachia and pothos.
