The one I chose had a blue container, which I picked because it's the recipients' favorite color. Plus the variety of plants was more varied and a lot lusher.

It definitely doesn't look like the photo on the order and it doesn't look like a $400 bouquet. The ordering photo looked like 2 dozen roses and this looks like a lot of filler with gaps. I'm hoping it's just a bad angle

This is a sad example of flowers for the amount of money I spent. Very disappointed and will never order again! I just ordered flowers for 2 other families much closer and had a much better display! You should be ashamed.

In the photo before ordering, I saw this beautiful purple grouping of flowers placed so well that it was whispy and classy looking. It was the reason I chose this bouquet. This is not that. I'll not be ordering from you again. So sad.

While the flowers and cookies themselves were great, part of the price for this is working with a local company and getting a more personalized approach. I didn't ask for anything special, but I did expect the delivery to arrive as a surprise for the person I was ordering for, why wouldn't I, when your ordering page reassures that entering the recipient's phone number is only if you really need to get ahold of them? I don't believe most people would count a 'delivery is on its way text' as necessary to send to the recipient as opposed to the orderer.

I called the business on a Friday morning right after they opened and asked if they could do a same day delivery. The person said they could and took my information. I explained it was for my wife at her business and when they asked if she would be there all day I told them yes. I paid $152 and some change and the flowers were never delivered. I called All A Bloom on Saturday morning and the person advised that their policy is that if the recipient does not answer their phone to confirm they are open for business or present at the business then they don't deliver. I explained that the business doesn't answer the phone as they communicate via a patient portal with their patients. Also, the recipient sees patients all day so she is unavailable to answer her phone. The employee kept reiterating their policy and stated that I didn't answer my phone either. I told the employee when I placed the order that the recipient would be there all day. Also, I never received a call from them like she explained. I did receive a photo of a mediocre medium flower arrangement via text that did not ask for a response. The money came out of my account of Friday. On Saturday when I asked her for a refund, she told me that I could go to their store and pick up the flowers. Why would I pay $152 to pick up a flower arrangement the day after the occasion when I could have bought a better arrangement at Costco for $20? When I continued to express my grievances in a very calm, reasonable way, the employee advised that she would have the manager contact me to discuss the situation further. It is now the following Tuesday and I have not heard from the manager, nor have I received a refund. I was doing my best to support a local small business but I will never use them again as they are very unreliable and have terrible customer service practices. I'm debating on taking them to small claims court based on principle. Also, another thing I thought was odd was the employee told me that my wife had flowers delivered there a week ago (which I was aware of.) So, if your looking for anonymity, good customer service, reliability, and reasonable pricing for the product, I do not recommend this business.

The flowers are beautiful, however the person it was being delivered to, their first and last name was misspelled (completely wrong) and on top of that when I called to let them know, the person that answered the phone read me back my email and it was COMPLETELY wrong as well, after I spelled it twice for the original staff that took my order. I had not received my receipt at that point. Then when I called to tell them I had no receipt and that the name on the card was completely wrong, she took my email again. Still no receipt. The person said they would have a manager call me back. The manager was apologetic and had to take my email down AGAIN, finally received my receipt. Not a lot the manager could do I guess. Would have been nice to have the flowers delivered and my family members first and last name on the greeting to be correct. Will not order from here again. To many other floral places that actually pay attention to details.

Flower arrangement was nice, however, poor transparency on delivery fees to deliver 3 miles away. They encourage online orders but need to clearly be transparent with the cost to deliver within certain time frames.

Well I ordered a bouquet early am.. to be delivered that day. Mind you it was a special day for my wife! I got an email at 3:44pm saying the flowers were delivered. When my wife arrived home at 6:30 pm, surprised I didn't get a call or text about how beautiful the flowers were, I asked if she liked her flowers? She said what flowers??? Being too late to call the florist with them being closed I called first thing in the morning. They had no idea where the flowers were delivered to, and the florist was only 2 blocks from my wife's school…so I was very disappointed of the whole experience!!

I have to be honest I am really disappointed in the arrangement. Is that a $145 arrangement? It doesn't look larger than the other sizes available. Maybe it is just the photo, but the recipient sent me a photo and it looked small.

The picture looks beautiful. When I got to my aunt's memorial service it was sitting on the table with the guest book, but unfortunately it looked as though it was falling apart. The twisty twigs were literally laying off to the side and there was a huge hole in the top of the arrangement, as if the flowers were not secured upright, but were literally falling open to the sides of the container. I was going to take a picture as we were leaving but the arrangement had already been removed. I thought maybe it was going to the burial site, but only the arrangement for the top of the casket was taken to the burial. I can only assume it just didn't hold together well enough to remain on display. A lot of money—over $150.—for something that didn't last until the service had even STARTED. Very disappointing and won't be ordering from All A'Bloom again.
