I just received my receipt of payment and was shocked to see that it was not the 100 dollar amount requested but was charged $175.00 . This is not reputable business.

The person who deliver the flowers did an excellent job of communicating with Brandie, who was both blind and deaf. Brandie was very excited about the communication and texting.

Smallest, least impressive arrangement I have ever received from All A Bloom and I have purchased many beautiful arrangements in the past few years. Not sure who made the arrangement and approved it to be delivered but I will never order from here again. What was delivered looks like a $30 grocery store arrangement; I was charged 3-4 times that!

That looks like a basic grocery store flower arrangement, for the price of almost $300 I expected something more creative in both flowers and vase. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I ordered a bright and colorful bouquet based on your photo in the ad, seriously 😒

What seemed like an easy request ended up being an unpleasant experience. They were very inflexible on delivery times, unless I wanted to pay a $35 upcharge. No thanks, and I'll find another OP area florist to use going forward.

I ordered a $130 peony arrangement. This doesn't look like $130 and certainly isn't a peony bouquet. If they could not fulfill this, they should have contacted me and I could have picked out something else. Disappointed.

It definitely doesn't look like the photo on the order and it doesn't look like a $400 bouquet. The ordering photo looked like 2 dozen roses and this looks like a lot of filler with gaps. I'm hoping it's just a bad angle

This is a sad example of flowers for the amount of money I spent. Very disappointed and will never order again! I just ordered flowers for 2 other families much closer and had a much better display! You should be ashamed.

In the photo before ordering, I saw this beautiful purple grouping of flowers placed so well that it was whispy and classy looking. It was the reason I chose this bouquet. This is not that. I'll not be ordering from you again. So sad.

While the flowers and cookies themselves were great, part of the price for this is working with a local company and getting a more personalized approach. I didn't ask for anything special, but I did expect the delivery to arrive as a surprise for the person I was ordering for, why wouldn't I, when your ordering page reassures that entering the recipient's phone number is only if you really need to get ahold of them? I don't believe most people would count a 'delivery is on its way text' as necessary to send to the recipient as opposed to the orderer.
