I purchased these flowers for my wife's 70th Birthday. My wife seems thrilled with them. I was a disappointed. Instead of ordering the arrangement on line, I visited the store in person to make sure everything was perfect. There were two people working in the store when I arrived and no other customers. The first person that I talked to, seemed like she couldn't ditch me fast enough onto the other person. I was then asked how they could help me. I told her that it was my wife's 70th birthday and that I really wanted to buy something stunning. (I was prepared to pay up to $500 and I was pretty excited about putting this whole thing together). I told her that I had seen something on the website that I thought would be a good starting point and that I wanted to make sure this was really big. She walked me to the cooler and pointed at a couple of different older looking arrangements to show me how big it might be. They didn't really have any good representation of the flowers that might be in it. I tried to get the lady engaged in a real discussion on what we could do, up to and including the container. I told her that I was much more interested in putting the money into the flowers than the container. She pointed at the containers and we moved on. Without going through the whole conversation, all I can say is that she burst my bubble of enthusiasm for the whole process. I was in and out in 15 minutes or so and spent much of the time just giving them my billing information and delivery address. Then the day comes for the delivery, which I paid extra for a window from 10-2 and I get a phone call from the office and they ask if they can substitute some flowers. What am I supposed to do, although to be fair, I didn't really care, but I hadn't picked the specific flowers in the first place. Then, the delivery person shows up and doesn't go to the front door of the building and is calling for me to find him to take the delivery. It's a big complex so this type of stuff doesn't get me wound up to much but it did take away the surprise of a nice surprise delivery when I am driving around the complex looking for the delivery guy. So, for the sake of rambling, In summary, I felt like I paid for a premium product and service and everything was just ok. I may have done just as good going to the florist at Hy-Vee. I am trying to figure out whether my attitude is more about the product and delivery or the "meh" attitude of the two people working that day. As a side note, if you really want to be labeled as a gifts store, you might want to go to Annabelles over in Leawood. That is a gifts store. The stuff I saw on your shelves in Lee's Summit looked much more like stuff you might run over and get at TJ Maxx. (I am sorry if this all seems harsh, but I am only telling you how I emotionally feel. This is largely an emotional purchase and this is how I honestly feel). I will say that I did post a picture on Facebook of my wife and her flowers and she did get many compliments.

I'm sort of disappointed. The arrangement looks uninspired and as if the flowers were merely taken from a container and stuffed in a vase with little effort to arrange or integrate the blooms

I don't normally give reviews when I'm unhappy with something, but, since you asked, I was a bit disappointed with the freshness of the flowers in this arrangement. I saw it the same day it was delivered at my friend's husband's visitation, and the lilies had some browning on the petals and the roses and greenery appeared limp. Given the cost (I ordered the premium option), I would have expected the arrangement to be close to perfect. The delivery was timely and the communication regarding the order was good, however.

I've enjoyed the creations purchased in the past, but this one is divided in half by yellow and orange, too many lilies really, should be more balanced with other flowers. I partly blame myself for not ordering in person and waiting a day later than I should've.

Pretty bouquet. Nicely arranged. However, I would not have picked it for a funeral arrangement though if I had been able to view it beforehand. Prefer something more traditional.

I thought arrangement was plain given the dollar amount paid. I asked for orange ribbon and school colors since they don't do theme. Flowers were great.

I have loved everything I've ordered from All a Bloom, however I was disappointed by the size. This was the most expensive choice for this piece. It looked as though it was going to be larger that is why I went with it. The flowers were beautiful, but the arrangement itself was much smaller than I expected for the 200.00 price tag which included the full price delivery fee which was one block from the shop. I will still get flowers from them, but next time will go in person to see the size and not depend on the online ordering.

The flowers are nice, but the automatic text to the recipient was unfortunate as I wanted it to be a surprise, and I recall it saying it wanted the number "just in case." I didn't even get a text saying it was on the way, even though I got a text with a picture of the arrangement. Otherwise, the delivery was adequate as far as I know.

The picture of what I ordered didn't match the picture of what you said you were to deliver which didn't match what was actually delivered. It's like ordering from a restaurant menu, the food never matches what's pictured but you eat it anyway.😂

I like the idea of getting a picture of the flowers and wish that I had called and asked for the bright pink flowers to be replaced. I had asked for the colors to be white, cream and blush pink with some evergreen stems. You know, subtle and elegant. What I got would be perfect for a winter baby shower. I'll be replacing those bright pink stems tomorrow- which is very inconvenient with it being Christmas Eve.
